The Trendnet TI-BEP200 is an industrial PoE switch and extender designed for demanding outdoor applications, expanding network functionality by extending power and data over long distances. This device takes a single PoE++ connection of up to 90W and extends it up to 100 additional meters for two PoE devices, supporting a maximum total distance of 200 meters from the power source. It features one PoE++ input port and two output ports: one PoE+ and one passive, offering great flexibility to power various connected devices, from surveillance cameras to VoIP phones or wireless access points. Its main interface uses RJ45 connectors compliant with 10/100/1000Base-T(X) cabling technology, ensuring data transfer speeds up to 2000 Mbit/s , suitable for Gigabit applications. The unit automatically detects different PoE levels (15.4W, 30W, or 60W) and adjusts the supplied power, respecting the available 60 W power budget. Its black enclosure includes LED status indicators and is built to withstand industrial environments, certified under strict standards such as FCC, IEC 61000-4-2, IEC 61000-4-4, IEC 61000-4-5, and various mechanical resistance tests per IEC 60068 . Additionally, it supports daisy-chaining up to four units to reach a total range of up to 500 meters in PoE networks, ideal for covering large outdoor areas with a single infrastructure.
